Cynthia Huerta (Alisal High School) recently signed her letter of intent to Fisher College located in Boston, Massachusetts.  The women's volleyball program was just added at Fisher College and Cynthia is excited to help establish it as a conference power house.  While playing at Hartnell, she showed her versatility by playing libero and outside hitter.  She acquired 97 digs and 38 kills this season.  Cynthia plans to pursue her bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a minor in Criminology.

Cynthia isn't the only one from the Huerta family to recently sign a letter of intent.  Edgar Huerta (Alisal High School), a member of the Panther Men's Volleyball Club team, will continue his volleyball career at St. Andrews University, located in Laurinburg, North Carolina. As an outside hitter, he helped lead the club team to a second place finish in the Northern California Collegiate Volleyball League (NCCVL).  Edgar was selected as a 1st team all-conference member.
