"Monica is a bomb waiting to go off. She steadily improved across the board in the spring and its translating into a higher quality of training the summer and fall. Monica will quickly spoil the surprise as weekly she will be one of the most dominant women in the region. One of four returners we have that placed in the top 65 last year's state or would have, they are on the path to a great team season. She's got the speed and endurance to put together an outstanding cross country 5k with the goal of guiding the Lady Panthers to their second ever state trophy."
