Freshman Year: Nick placed 27th overall at the conference championship. He posted a personal best 21:46 for four miles at the Lou Vasquez Invitational.

Prior to Hartnell: Nick comes from Everett Alvarez High School where he posted lifetime bests of 2:00, 4:36 and placed sixth at the Salinas City Championship his senior year.

"Nick is going to put in some great work this fall in preparation for his first track season for the Panthers. He already possesses great speed so with the additional aerobic conditioning he could prep himself for a run at sub 4:00 this spring."
