"Galen joined us mid-season as a freshman but this year he's been able to put a good block of training with the team heading into his second season. Galen has great strength endurance so with some challenges in training to the pace he wants to race it, he should be able to run 4 miles at a pace faster than he did for 3 miles in high school."-Coach Z
