Softball Panthers take down San Jose City
On April 18, 2017 the Lady Panthers took down San Jose City with a final score of 2-1. Hartnell pitcher Danielle Aioli, scattered five hits and two strikeouts. In the bottom of the 5th inning student-athlete Harlee Noda hit safely and Emily Espino followed with a great bunt to get Noda to second base. With two outs on the scoreboard, Lady Panther Angelina Ruiz, racked up her second hit of the game to tie the score at 1-1. Hartnell totaled only six hits overall. The Hartnell Softball team holds now a 10-4 record in conference play and 24-9 record overall. The Women’s Softball Team will host their last game of the season at home on, April 25, 2017 against West Valley College. See you there!
