Coast Kick Off Competition
Lady Panthers Rank in Competition
Yesterday the Hartnell Swim and Dive team traveled to De Anza College for the Coast Kick Off Swim Meet, facing off against all of the teams in the Coast Conference.
The Dive team was making their season debut and placed in both divisions for both genders with Brooklyn Crompton (Salinas) taking 2nd in the 1 Meter and 3rd in the 3 Meter
Top individual Swim performers on the Women's side were Myrthe Kramer (Netherlands) taking 1st in the 100 Backstroke and 3rd in the 500 Freestyle, Christina Castorena (Soledad) taking 4th in the 200 Individual Medley and 6th in the 100 Breaststroke.
The Panthers now settling into a training stretch to prepare for the Cuesta Invitational on March 6th and 7th where they will face the top competition in the state.
