Bio

Prior to Hartnell: Competed for North Monterey County High School where she placed 33rd at the CCS Championship in 2019 and 13th at the PCAL Championship. Did not compete in cross country during her senioryear due to the pandemic. Placed 26th at the CCS Championship as a sophomore.

"Andrea was unable to run cross country during her senior year as her high school did not return to competition during the pandemic until the track portion of the spring. The competition she did get showed what a great competitor she is and she was able to set a personal best at 3200 meters as a senior. The great program at NMCHS really focuses on the team and I know Andrea will be an important part of this year's championship squad. She got a late start training with the team but has shown she can learn quickly and that she's willing to give her best effort always."
