"Janai rose to the top of PCAL during her senior season at Salinas. First it was leading the Cowboys in cross country and then in the spring running an outstanding 5:30 1600m. With that type of speed, I believe Janai will compete for a top 14 All-Region honor in her first season. "-Coach Z
