Priro to Hartnell: Brother to former Panther Sergio Coronel, Leonardo begins his Hartnell career after four years of cross country at Salinas High School. Leonardo placed in the MBL JV Championship as a senior.
"Leo has already shown the same drive that took his older brother from relative unknown to state best. Leo gives his best effort daily even when he's not on top of his game which shows his passion for the sport. I'm excited to work with Leo and I hope I can lead him on a meteoric rise during his two years. He will be a part of a group of unknowns that will have a chance to grow into our team leaders as sophomores."
